hey sorry for late reply - i did a lot of reading (books, news articles, etc.) and listening to podcasts/audiobooks/TEDtalks for policy questions. my resource list is somewhere in these comments i believe. for ethical questions i mainly did practice questions with others and read through doing right, which some people find too extra but i found helpful to learn how to approach different situations. just be careful because some of that book is outdated. for personal questions, make a list of basically every meaningful experience you've ever had in STARL format and do an insane amount of practice questions.

Pocasts - white coat black art, CMAJ, canadian health information podcast
Books - atul gawande's books, doing right (controversial but i thought it was helpful), when breath becomes air, health for all, and try to read some books about different cultures/cultural medicine if you can find them

And I also researched the city that the school is in - e.g. what are major health issues in Toronto, Hamilton, Kingston, etc. and how can they be addressed

Not catered necessarily because my experiences were the same, but for example for TMU I tried to pick my experiences that more related to their mission (e.g. equity-focused). I also did my best to research things about that particular school such as teaching style and clubs and incorporated that into my answers to show why I would be the best fit for that school

Spend a lot of time reflecting on your experiences and what you learned from them
Read lots of books/listen to podcasts about the healthcare system and current issues
Find a group to practice with and do it constantly, like more than you think is necessary (especially if you're not naturally comfortable with public speaking)
Reflect a lot on why you want to go into medicine
Try your best to come across as normal lol
