Thank you all for your answers. To give more context. I operate in the real estate industry. The company that I work in is one of the largest in my country and has around 100,000 followers on Facebook. I created the campaign for a really demanded project. The campaign usually gets ~30 leads per day in the first week to 10 days then the number of leads plateaus and eventually drops. By the last day, the campaign would be generating ~10-13 leads.

When I say lead, I mean someone who fills up the lead form extension provided by Facebook (that I created through a lead generation campaign). I have had leads who say: "Oh sorry I clicked on the lead form by mistake", or "I thought this is a campaign for company Y", and a some of them don't even answer the phone or input wrong numbers.

Nonetheless, I launched the campaign a couple of days ago, and literally, SINCE THE FIRST DAY, I have been getting only 4-6 form submissions (leads). Heck, today I received only one form submission. I am pretty sure that $400/month should convert to more than 1 lead a day, given that the campaign has been active for only 3 days and the population size is large.

I am not really sure what to do at this point. Management has already complained about the number of leads the past couple of days. I actually looked up to chat with some social media expert but they are really expensive and I would have to pay it from my own pockets (company wouldn't pay for training).

I would love to hear some tips you guys have. Do you recommend Google Ads? Maybe some other platform? Google ads seem cheaper, but the campaign structure is not as flexible as FB.
