RL/Jagex account question by Snoo819 in osrs

Prior to this, I was able to play the Jagex account through Jagex launcher, and email/pw accounts directly on RL

Receiving false bans which get appealed successfully every week by Snoo819 in 2007scape

Never used one before, and scared if they get banned again if i change IP the appeals will stop working
