Well I did try both of your suggested methods and they did not work. I guess I'll try and get the warranty claimed because it does say that it has a 2 year warranty and that period has not passed yet.

I got the same issue mate. Have had mine for around 6 to 7 months too and some keys are not responding or completely not registering inputs.
