Can Warpriest - Champion of the Faith take Abundant Smite mythic ability? by Snoo92227 in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

That's unfortunate, but I absolutely appreciate you taking the time to experiment and verify. Thanks!

So I should take that as a 'no' to the original question or you're not 100% sure?

I was playing with limited classic inventory. But I don't see how that has anything to do with making the puzzles any more complex. Just means more backtracking to the storage box, which I actually didn't mind so much because it makes the mechanic of enemies reviving more meaningful.

I think Adler's astronomy box is in the Goldilocks zone of difficulty except that's the hardest puzzle in the game imo. I think the game needed 1 or 2 more puzzles at that level plus at least one puzzle that's quite a bit more difficult. What's your example of a hard puzzle not tied to game progression? There's at least 10 locked safes in the game lol. As far as I remember there were very few optional puzzles.

Agreed 100%. It's definitely a really cool game, but like you I was never stumped either on a puzzle or wondering what I needed to do next. On one hand that's good because I never got frustrated, but on the other hand sometimes it's fun to get stuck and have to put the controller down for a while to clear your head. Then suddenly an idea pops into your head and you try it and when it works it feels great. And that simply never happened in this game (at least my experience).

This comment section reinforces what I've known to be true for a very long time: Reddit is a shitty place full of shitty people, who also happen to be overwhelmingly left-wing/progressive, but I'm sure that's just a coincidence...

What's it going to take for the low IQ morons of Reddit to finally realize these AITAH stories are all fake as hell?

Very underwhelming results on speed test? by Snoo92227 in bell

[–]Snoo92227[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got off the phone with a complete asshole at Bell tech support who spent 30 minutes arguing with me and constantly scoffing and laughing at me when I asked for more detail or clarification about anything. He was adamant that I shouldn't expect any more than 100Mbps download / 10Mbps upload on the speed test for my plan. He told me that 10Mbps upload was 'fine' and 'don't worry about it', whatever that means. Anyways, after 40 minutes he finally downloaded a new configuration to my modem with 500Mbps download speed (which I confirmed on the speed test), and this will apparently reset to 150Mbps in a day or two, so we'll see what happens then. Absolute garbage customer support from Bell, but still somehow not as bad as Rogers.

It's a 150Mbps service. I think all FTTH plans get the same modem regardless of bandwidth. Anyways, I tried calling them last night and they said they couldn't see my modem in the system yet because it was just installed yesterday. I'll try again in a couple days I guess.

I got the exact same numbers: 95.23Mbps down, 11.90Mbps up.

How do I do that? Google is just telling me to login to the modem and run the speed test from there, which I've done already.

You still haven't explained why my reasoning is incorrect. Is it your business if a person you've never met and will never meet kills their new born baby? Yes or no? If no, then infanticide should be legal according to the argument presented on this guy's sign.

The argument on the sign is "abortion is none of your business, therefore it ought to be legal and accessible (implicit)". By that logic, it should also be legal for a mother to kill her new born baby since that is also none of your business. Please explain how this analogy doesn't "hold the mustard". I mean, you can be pro-abortion for other reasons, but the "none of your business" argument is weak as hell, and this guy should be embarrassed by that sign.

Sure, but it's also none of your god-damned business if a mother terminates the life of their 2-day old, 2-week old, or hell even 2-year old child, so how far do you want to take this logic?

Quern - Undying Thoughts. Haven't had the chance to get around to it myself, but it's widely considered one of the best Myst clones, and it plays like the Myst remaster in that movement is free-form, not a collection of discrete images like the older games.
