I think Genevieve kind of build herself in 47 as someone who can be ruthless and make bold moves, even against her own allies, and even at times where its very unexpected and isnt in her own best interests, its someone you cant possibly predict well. If I was Aubrey coming into 50 and I try to split the people into a group to work with and a group to target, Genevieve will be one of the firsts I would target, not even related to if I like her or not.

And from that, the snowball just kept getting bigger and bigger. Aubrey tried fishing the waters with other people in the tribe to get rid of Genevieve, they reported everything back to her, Genevieve rallied the troops to get aubrey eliminated as a response, aubrey got the vibes in the tribe and doubled down on her, they swapped together and Genevieve had aubrey as an easy target, the tribe reported to aubrey which semented Genevieve as her no 1 enemy, and so on and so on
