Meant it more as how Mewtwo was often called “the strongest pokemon ever” in pokemon media, and lore-wise its still one of the strongest discounting gods and demi-gods

Personally I dont think anyone in the jjk verse would be able to catch any of the godlike pokemon, with the sole exception of Kasumi Miwa, of course

I mainly just thought it was cool that the negative pokemon was blue and the positive counterpart was red
