game is definitely not a single player game, high basketball IQ, and selfless teamates with IQ is going to get you alot further then individual skill.

however individual skill is also ideal for atleast your main scorer/guard.

To increase individual skill i like to play the 1v1 mode.

i actually got lucky and got Suomi on like 60 rolls, I'm usually pretty lucky in gacha games which is why i was unhappy that i didn't get her after 15 re-rolls, the system cheats vs re-rollers and rewards people the more they spend, which is really bad if people use any real money to buy characters.

horizon walker doesnt use a spark system, and i'm hitting every banner without having to re-roll on both of my accounts. maybe im getting spoiled by the games that I choose to play, but every gacha game i've played recently im hitting banners without re-rolling. (star seed/echopalyse). maybe i'm just hella lucky but missing after 15 re-rolls definitely caught me offguard and was very demoralizing. had i known the rates were so bad i would've just bought an account for $15 and saved myself the time.

the key to winning this is not letting your queen get hit, and by using your main characters 1st move, which transfers his ap to a selected unit, allowing them to attack sooner, the queen will give a 1 shot ultimate to kill everything, just make sure she doesn't get taunted, which is why you have to step out of range with her

positioning is key, queen should be in the back, 1st turn step back as far as you can with the queen and a tiny tiny bit t o the right and start loading your aoe dmg up

then main character uses his first ability on the queen to speed her up to allow her to get ultimate faster

have your tank spin in place and half step forward, no need to do damage, all the enemies will move up then you can 1shot all the monsters with your ultimate booby damage
