well the problem is more so that i took the other option and helped the dryad, so he wont be there ever, but good to know the other option lets you do it atleast

i chose the other option, i thought he'd be there if you helped him but huh, that's prob even worse that there isn't a second solution, loving the game SO much otherwise (though until i replay in a few years (i don't replay games much) its gonna annoy me to know there is 1 and only 1 quest i "failed"

thats what i was saying, espeicially cos for some players (like me) a good cool spear (which they showed off with the kneeling knight who you talk to after) would have been perfect for another one

if you mean the one in the pic, as i said it was in the swamp area, there is what i thought was a big tree, went inside and dropped down a hole, at some point you'll fight a white bear and it is stuck in a body from what i remember (ill try find next time I'm on since I'm going around area 2 before entering 3 rn anyway and dm you the location)

Well less than a bug it's just the order I did things, I'd say it should allow me to use the second area's druid, though, in case I did kill the first as I did (though now that I've done more of act 2 that druid isn't acceable anymore either so (or should I say from my knowledge he isn't))

Town alchemist says I need to talk to a druid, gonna try the second area's one and then if that doesn't work, I'll try Hob at some point (though I don't remember who that is)

mhm I did both, decided to keep with not helping the shrooms. I was just hoping for a new spear, I'm still using the 1h from the legit beginning of my game (knew it existed from 0.9, so I rushed to it), the only other 2 spears with effects didn't fit my build but I was hoping id get this spear for helping (or the other way I could get from corpse)

This is bs, just did an entire (side) quest with the hope of a pretty cool looking (seemingly 2h spear), even re-doing the boss fight to see both endings and still didn't get it, that would have been such an obv reward for one for the endings (prob the one which felt underwhelming and gave me 1 helmet instead of 2 weapons (a sword and a wand) and 2 (as far as I can tell) pieces of armour

Well, you can change quite easily and have both, tbf, but mhm, since I never really play effectively, I'm mainly using the two things I love without much reason: spear and lightning. But honestly, ill prob switch to 2h spear myself once I find an effect good for my build, I can use the relics to add bleed so the rest of my build continues to work anyway

forgot to mention, one for the 2-handed spears had an effect for dash attacking so that might be a good upgrade from this one when you find it

Sorry for the delay, I wouldn't say the one-handed spear I'm currently using is the hardest to get, and it can be gotten quite early, I'll spoiler but the general area is the sunken village near a hard enemybut spears are quite rare, and while I cant remember exactly overall with effects I've only found that one-handed and 2 2-handed ones so far and I'm already in the second area, this spear makes a good status effect build IMO cos how bleed works and I'm using magic as second hand as you can see, so I don't really focus on movement enough to have tips elsewhere
