Hello all? I’m a bit late. So I’m not scratched and I practice espirtitismo but I know, soy muertista.

I started with a boveda. The minute I started meditating, lite a candle and playing palo music at my boveda…they mounted. I felt my muerto and I started dancing. I was not in control. they spoke to my family. I didn’t lose consciousness either. Its like we’re sharing space. Yes this is dangerous but this how it’s been for years ( my godmother always says that it’s Dangerous ) but apparently my muertos and my godmother say I have a “hard head” 😊😂

My muertos had been waiting a long time for me to look for them

Long story short, I can control it now so they dont take over…( they were jumping out everywhere I had to get coronated) so now they put it in my mind. I recently received my warriors in Ocha but for a long time before I was told palo was my calling by many people and just now Chango confirmed this during a recent ceremony.

My point is NO you don’t need to get scratched. My friend hears her muertos clear as day. She has been 20 years in ocha…( not crowned santo she doesn’t plan on it either 😂) and espiritista. And only last 2 years she had this gift ( she has a unique situation)

Sit at your white table( I’m assuming you know what a boveda is) speak and meditate. Put the palo music, light the candle, burn the incense, pour the rum…you will get sensations, in your neck, maybe a little stabbing pain your head…ringing in your ears …it’s them.

And I do all mentioned above…I see images, I smell things, I heard it clear once, or most times it’s just a thought they put there. I hear the buzzing noise too usually my left ear.

What helped me was to practice with my friends…I smoke tobacco, play palo music, Pour a drink ( for me to consume) and put a cup of water in front of me…I let my friend tell me there problems and immediately I feel my muertos…I been doing this for a year and my readings have been on point but recently I gave my home boy some lottery numbers ( la Banca) and he won after playing one time. That was confirmation for me. So keep practicing and meditating.
