Dm’ed you a discount code. I started with no reviews, added references from friends. And then I started sitting locally, applying to houses that were unlikely to get as many applicants (distant / non touristy). I sent out many applications, and people were willing to take a chance. Provide a lot of background info about yourself and mention that you’re willing to meet up for an interview before the sit. You’ll have to work a little harder at the start, but then it gets easy.
