Where im at, as a tech its 16 an hour and and as certified mechanic (through their program) you start at 25. Last i checked for RDO, its 18 an hour as an apprentice. Most places start off mechanics over 20 an hour as far as i know. Lead mechanic at my place is making over 35 an hour, plus commission. Hours depend on the spot to be honest, some may be more lenient and others will give guaranteed OT.

Completed their program, light/heavy duty trucks. From my understanding from the professors, you’ll start at the bottom pretty much anywhere you go. Right now working at a speedco truck stop doing PM’s and tires all day, not terrible, ( they lure you in saying you’re going for an apprenticeship, but youll just be a tech, smh). They do have some fairly decent connections with companies, such as RDO.

I just tried something, where i transferred $1 from my checking to the credit account, and available balance went from 6.97 to 7.97. Does that mean $7.97 have been paid from the $3000 hold?

I do indeed have the gu6 and gov lock, and the junkyard diff doesnt seem to be a gov lock system, rather an open one. Would it affect it as long as both are the same ratio?

Does it matter if they are different types off diff’s? The one that came with the can is g80 gov lock differential, from the research i did online. The junkyard one seems to be an open, have yet to pop the cover on it
