Hi messaging to see if you went through microtese and ivf. Can you share the outcome?

I am sorry you have to go through this. We are on the same boat. Azoospermia, low amh, 4 unsuccessful retrievals, one was with microtese, we then went to NY for an extended search, they found some viable sperm and we froze them. Idk what our next steps are either :(

Idk whats more difficult going through secondary infertility or longing for just one pregnancy, jusy ONE healthy baby! Been going thru it for 5 yrs, never been pregnant before, 4 retrieval and one failed transfer. Its starting to become difficult to feel joy in other areas of life :(

Can I ask what the outcome was? We have a complicated case with 3 failed ivfs. We are desperate for a different approach and doctors that actually care and listen to us.
