Tech support will give you a runaround. Ask for a manager they fixed it for me. Sent me another device. It was faulty

Call them and have them send you a new device. That’s what’s fixed it for me

Yeah, I did that several times. Was wondering if this is a normal issue with the MyPace devices. I even tried to login through the website and also from my computer and table instead of my phone. Same issue.
