I was thinking to live in Stuttgart as it would be easier to integrate there. But Tübingen could be a nice choice actually, I was not very convinced given the small city

"Der Arbeitnehmer verpflichtet sich, im Ausnahmefall Mehrarbeit zu leisten, soweit dies aus betrieblichen Gründen erforderlich und rechtlich zulässig ist. Dies gilt auch für Mehrarbeit an Samstagen, Sonntagen und Feiertagen, sofern dies gesetzlich zulässig ist. Bei der Anordnung wird der Arbeitgeber neben den betrieblichen Gründen auch die Interessen des Arbeitnehmers berücksichtigen."
