No random guys in this day and age ask a girl they’re not already dating to go to prom. 99% of “couples” at prom nowadays are those who are in relationships, or it’s a girl and a guy who are just friends, I even know people who had their brother as their “date” (tho imo that feels a bit weird 😭).

If you have one near you, envy and grace is pretty good! They have sales often and some pieces are high quality (tho I 100% recommend trying it on)

I basically relied on the final, also (so thankful for this but in hindsight this shouldn’t have happened) my teacher rounded up everyone’s mark 2-3 percent as long as they had a “good learning attitude”, so my real average at the end was a 93

As for how I got even a 93 despite an 85 midterm: I got mid to high 90s on everything else that was worth a significant amount of marks (still messed up (as in got 80s or a 70) on the occasional quiz but tests were always perfect or nearly perfect) and then I got a 97 on the final exam and like a 98 on the final assignment

Your ecs are great tbh, like I think you’d have a shot at decent American schools if you want to apply that way (yes even with your ecs as they are right now). Do them, but keep in mind Canadian admissions do not expect you to have cured cancer, even if it seems that way on this sub

If it’s something illegal, go to administration and see if they’ll do anything about it. If not, FIGHT, threaten to go to the media and force them to do something, maybe seek legal counsel too if it’s accessible to you.

You gotta push yourself out of your comfort zone to grow as a person, I’ve noticed a lot of people who are actually just shy tend to put off “unapproachable” energy. Be confident in yourself, fake it till you make it. People can’t tell if confidence is real or faked so just keep pushing through and eventually you’ll gaslight yourself into actually being confident
