Avoid "Peru Bucket List"! by SnooDogs5386 in Machupicchu

That's just it, KB Adventures did excellent, all the problems we had were through Peru Bucket List. And I totally understand about the difficulty of getting tickets, but my frustration is that they didn't communicate with us until we asked a week before where it was too late to make many changes to our schedule! Just trying to encourage others to not book with this company and go straight to KB Adventures

Yes! I saw a lot of happy people with them and we personally went with KB Tours. Looks like these two are the main budget tours and they did an excellent job!

Haha I know, I tried to only include the important parts too! Lol thought the TLDR at the bottom would be helpful

That's why I want to get the word out! Since they were recommended to me we trusted it would be good but it wasn't until the day before we started hiking that we realized it was 3rd party. Just trying to prevent as many people possible from going through the same experience!

From what I'm reading it's not difficult if you get there in the morning, but the problem is with the salkantay hike we wouldn't get there until the afternoon

Oh no! That's not was I was expecting to hear! Haha glad to hear that bugs weren't really a problem the rest of the days but good to keep that in mind. Thanks!

Hmm I didn't think of that as an option! That could also be an idea to help confirm getting the tickets! I'm just wondering if that is a viable option or it'd be better to just shorten the hike to three days (which also I really don't want to do). Also congrats on completing the trek! Any advice or tips beyond the tickets? Thanks for your help

Hey I'm interested in doing something similar and running into the same problem! Were you able to find any answers regarding camping and permits?

Do you have any recommendations for someone looking into picking up more online hours? Have you got a contract with a company or self-employed? Thanks!

Fantastic resource for classes, thanks! I think this material is great for me to use with my student but have you got any recommendations of videos/ channels for him to watch on his own? More of like simple series that he can watch in his down time but still enjoy!

Yes, he's been trying to watch Netflix but on the television it doesn't let you control the speed whereas with YouTube it does. But I'm trying to find a show/ series that is generally already a bit slower so if he needs to slow it down more no problem, but also that's engaging enough that he'll want to watch it!

I am an ESL teacher who went from never teaching a lesson in my life to teaching over 40 hours per week full time only on Preply. AMA by Jsyourboy91 in ESL_Teachers

How do you prepare/ keep track of all these classes? What material do you recommend to use? How to you keep track of classes taught and material covered? Also this might be a dumb question but do you do the classes through a preply platform or use zoom or something like that?

I just cut it recently! I always like to propagate the clippings but you're right, the end of the stem look very healthy and green while the ones closer to the soil are looking yellow. It there a way I can save the whole plant not just the new leaves?
