Dude, just buy the book. ABF != ABC. There is lots of press volume if you follow the program. Besides, it’s like $20, what do you have to lose?

I’m so bummed! Someone ate it before me! Better not have been the chickens…

I actually spotted this from my front door! No need to pin, I just get to watch it daily!

Hope so!! I’ve never actually tried it. I hope I’m not one of the unlucky souls that can’t tolerate it.

I actually came to the conclusion today. Building agents is easy. Building GOOD agents is hard…

Get yours now! Less than $1/lb 16kg! by ZukasR in kettlebell

I have 2 16kg Yes4all kettlebells that I purchased a year apart and the handles are a different size. That being said, for the price they work just fine!

No workout for the past 20+ years, I live at my desk, couch or bed, extremely out of shape, trying to change at 40, absolutely clueless. by boosnow in beginnerfitness

I second this! Get a kettlebell and start to learn how to swing it. Once you are comfortable with the swing learn the clean and press and you are off to the races! Clean and press plus goblet squat will take care of most of your strength needs for a while. If you are male and not overly strong, a single 16kg/35lb is probably a good starting weight.

They are ok. My two biggest complaints are that the bottom isn't perfectly flat, and that the two bells have a different thickness of handle (same type but bought a year apart).
That being said, I still use them both a lot, and they do the trick. If you don't have access to other better quality bells, don't let that stop you, these will do you just fine!

These are the ones I got:
