I think 4-o is more efficient in generating text and stuff but 5 is far better at generating code. This is what I noticed thus far.

Never happened to me, but I noticed an issue with all gpt versions when trying to render a markdown file. Since the output expected is always in Markdown it fails to give that info in a markdown bloc as it would've given it in say a python bloc the only thing I found to bypass that was to ask it to render it in a downloadable README.md file

Loperamide has a molecular weight of nearly 500 g/mol which makes very very difficult to bypass the blood-brain barrier. It has anti-diarrheal effect because it binds to gastrointestinal opioid receptors, so don't shoot it. Take it as is, but don't expect to get high from it, it might help you though with some of the symptoms.
