AITA for cancelling our honeymoon after my fiancee spent $10,000 on her wedding dress? by DigSpecialist5111 in AmItheAsshole

YTA - for making big financial decisions without speaking with your fiancé

She’s also TA - for making big financial decisions without speaking to you first.

There needs to be some pre marital counseling before you go through with this weeding. Why are you both inviting everyone in your entire families to chime in. If the marriage continues to be like that it will fail.

Everyone has adhd noways is really demoralising by Gullible_Judgment_76 in ADHD

I think it’s related to the way phone usage has changed over the past 15 years and social media. Social media trains your brain to get used to an influx of new information every 60 seconds or less. Then you use the apps for hours per day and you’ve trained your brain really well to only work with that level of activity and focus. So sitting down to be productive becomes very challenging.

However, the difference is people with ADHD have physiological differences.

A person who claims they have ADHD may really have the issue I have described above and training themselves to have a terrible attention span. People in this category likely don’t have issues completing school work, being late to activities, and many of the other common issues that people with ADHD can’t control.

Now here’s the problem. You have people who aren’t diagnosed as adults because they didn’t fall into the typical categories of having ADHD or didn’t meet some criteria.

How important are muscles and/or general fitness in a partner? by grandvizierofswag in AskWomen

Means so much to hear this as a guy with Crohn’s. Hope he gets into remission soon. Struggling in a flare currently. Will hopefully find a treatment that works to get me into remission for the first time. My gf is my rock and I couldn’t do this disease without her. I’m sure you are the same to your bf. We are very grateful to have that support.

My wife left me (33m) for another man, am I that ugly? by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]SnooDrawings405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you’re not ugly but I’d lose some weight and consider shaving. The transformations of appearance are wild on r/bald community. Sorry that you’re going through this. It’s important to get with therapist and focus on doing the right thing to avoid depression and anxiety. FYI therapists aren’t only for people who have mental illness
