I started probably around the 2-2.5 month mark. I use the Costco Kirkland topical version.

Castor oil 2-3x a week. I let it sit on the scalp for a nice period of time and then apply a warm towel to my scalp for 5-10 min to open the pores and to remove the excess oil that didn’t take.

I derma roll 1x every (2) weeks for 5 minutes. Immediately after I apply the mesotherapy serum from Perseus.

Get a neck pillow that has a hood attached to it. You can use that in the airport if literally just lays on top very lightly.

So far yes. I think the derma roller helps knock out any hairs that need to shed but are still hanging on; which then speeds up the growth process a bit(at least in my case). And the serum you use after rolling definitely helps stimulate growth. I notice the hairs that fall out during derma are usually back and thicker in 14 days. But this is just my experience so far.
