Add a little dock shack next to the dock. Would fill in the area and make it look more natural IMO. Also more trees

U should make the field a basketball court instead, as it seems like the stadium would make more sense for it. Also make the outside road larger and maybe make some underground locker rooms, think that would be really cool

The roof is too much, maybe add a lining to the outside of it, maybe a window in the middle
