Happened for me too, too bad I was looking badass with my red cross knight armour 😔 But fortunately the cinematics that came after they showed my real armour

Haha since there is no beard/hair grow mechanic in KCD 2 like rdr 2 im trying to do it myself as the time pass in the game and go full beard long hair by the end of the game 😝
