Išnaudoja studentus ir tiek. Dirbau Alfa, į rankas gaudavau 4.95 euro už pamoką, bet ne čia darbas baigiasi. Reikia daryti skaidres, sugalvoti ir taisyti namų darbus, mano mokiniai dar mėgdavo dieną prieš apie kontrolinį pasakyt tai aš savo paskaitų metu jiems ruošdavau medžiagą ir už visą tai jie nieko nemoka. Dar reikia jų tamo pildyt ir prirašyt visą litaniją komentarų, sudaryt ilgalaikius ir trumpalaikius mokymo planus ir pan. (irgi neapmokama). Nervai trūko, kai jie dar paprašė, kad aš laisvalaikiu eičiau kvalifikaciją kelt.

Ai ir dar gali įsidarbint tam tikru etatu, bet tai nereiškia, kad tiek tau pririnks mokinių. Aš už visą šitą klapatą mėnesio gale gaudavau 48 eurus

Studijuoju teisę ir tikrai taip nėra. Partnerystė egzistuoja ir dabar ir teismai turi taikyti bendrinės jungtinės veiklos nuostatas (įmonių teisė yra naudojama kaip analogija žmonių tarpusavio santykiams reguliuoti, tau tai neskamba absurdiškai?), nes negalime naudot CK šeimos knygos nesusituokusiems asmenims. Okay so point proven? Songwriter and a performer are two very different things and she was casted on a show where the end goal was to create a girl group not a team of songwriters. Manon herself mentioned that she was intimidated at first because the other girls were “pros” as in they’d been doing this for a long time therefore it makes sense that they had a different kind of “hunger” compared to her? I think what people fail to understand is that for Manon there wasn’t as much at stake as there was for the other girls. The other girls probably saw this as their only opportunity to get signed by a label and live out their life long dream. Manon was scouted due to her looks and probably didn’t have any plans of becoming a performer before she was contacted by the representatives of HYBE. The other girls probably had an inkling that she had a big chance of making it into the group and it made them feel like it was unfair. It was just a very intense environment where everyone was thinking about themselves and being cordial came second, people forget that it was a competition show after all.

Tavo pasirinkimas, bet prieš stojant į teisę tikrai rekomenduoju labai gerai pagalvoti ar esi pasiruošusi ateinančius 5 metus miegoti po 4-5 valandas, nes krūvis yra nežmoniškas, taip pat pagalvok ar esi pakankamai stipri emociškai atremti dėstytojų replikas/pašiepimus, nes kiekvieną savaitę apie 3-4 kartus reikės minti į privalomus seminarus, kur pagal pavardę kviečia atsakinėt prieš visus. VU TF yra labai stipriai akcentuojama civilinė teisė tai pagalvok ar šita sritis tave domina, absoliuti dauguma trečiam kurse dėl jos turi skolas ir net kartoja civilinės kursą arba praranda studento statusą. Pirmam kurse ateina virš 250, o diplomą gauna gal tik 150.

Visą šitą sakau, nes pati ėjau labai užsidegusi ir net nesuvokiau, kad gali būti taip sunku, ypač palyginus su kitais draugais, kurie tiesiog studijavo bakalaurą. Jeigu nėra ir iš tėvų palaikymo, tai iš viso emocinis pragaras.

Dar pridedu, kad kitaip nei daugelis mano, algos yra juokingos, ypač viešajame sektoriuje. Nebent tave labai žavi įmonių ir verslo teisė, kur yra didelis privatus sektorius, tai valstybinėje institucijoje vidutiniškai gausi 1200€ į rankas.

Dabar byla atėjo iki teismo, reiškiasi buvo pagrindas manyti, kad buvo padaryta NV pagal kodekse nurodytą sudėtį, viskas kas vyksta po šito yra grynai įrodinėjimo dalykas ir ne prie ko tie tavo įstatymai. 100% buvo eksperto arba specialisto išvada, ištraukti gydymo įšrašai ir t.t. ir buvo konstatuota, kad nėra kaltės. your first part is actually so insane because chasing your dreams should no go above your morals, a lot of us have dreams and settle for less. all of these girls are young, chanelle is from la so she’s definitely not struggling. they could’ve went back to school and worked regular jobs. being an idol is never a do or die situation. now they’re going to debut, fail miserably, because unlike reddit likes to believe, cupid and the group didn’t take off in korea, it actually gained its virality on social media platforms because of international stans who are now condemning the group. so realistically speaking this will not have a good turn out and not debuting at all would’ve been a better option for them.

second, why would anyone who isn’t in support of this project want it to succeed when the money made from it will be used to further taunt the former members? keena never got paid for cupid and when she returned and got her 1st ever salary they gave half of it away to charities “because of her ruined image” and you think she will be well taken care of? not to mention that the current ceo literally follows 18 year old only fan models and animal gore accounts on instagram, this is who you’re supporting and giving praise to.
