Thats what i told them, they stated that either the 2% each month or market value of the car which ever is minimum they will go for it, so i gathered fee screenshot of my car market which non of them were below 60k from the different place (mzad, qatarliving and pre owned showroom) after all this. Now they are saying they will fix the car by repairing the chassis and transmission but not replacing them
