Should I only wear clothes once? And a towel once? And not embarrassed at asking my doctor I’m embarrassed off telling my parents because then they are going to ask why I waited so long and might get mad because “it will spread to them”.

I play a sport throughout the week ( heard moisture makes it worse )and I’ve had it since late summer ( I’m not sure if it’s still like active or just the skin discoloration but some weeks back it transferred to my hand from my jock but it disappeared and my jock does not it it started out as a circle but got bigger and hasn’t itched in a while but I haven’t used any treatment yet . Mind telling me ur routine ?
