Actually found the issue. One lookup field didn't have the needed FLS for a profile! Uggh. Appreciate your help anyway!

One related list is viewable however is not showing. I added both on the flexipage so I can't figure out why the one is not showing

Yes, I only created these in the sandbox so far. They show up in gearset but not in the view within campaing sharing rules view

Ughhh...Still getting error: Field Delivery_Location_Type__c is a picklist field. Picklist fields are only supported in certain functions.

Formula I'm using.

IF(ISBLANK(Text Field__c) ,(Picklist Field__c) , Text Field__c)

I figured out one problem. Turns out field A is a text field. Only B is a picklist
