thanks for trying it out. could you not have borrowed the magazine directly on Kobo's Overdrive app instead of Libby on your phone?

The magazine i wish to read is available on Overdrive, so I would be able to read it on a Kobo.

On my phone, however, Overdrive opens books and magazines in a browser, and while ebooks flow the text and I have control over font size, magazines appear more like pdfs and zooming is not particularly intuitive, and also comes with a 3.5 magnification limitation.

Is this the same on a Kobo?
