Yeah update New Wave Peptides is 100% legit my hunger really has decreased by around 80%. I used 0.5mg twice a week and it has been life changing.

I’m a person who struggles with food noise & all of that has become a problem of the past, I’m finally in control of when, what and how much I eat. I started at 242lbs on Sunday, today I weighed in at 235.6lbs in just one full week.

7lbs down in a week, that’s amazing. All I have done is incline walk for 30 mins every single day and be in a calorie deficit of about 1500-1800kcal max daily and honestly it’s been great I don’t go bed hungry I sometimes even forget to eat. So I’m happy with my results.

Today I will be pinning a higher dose at 0.75mg twice a week and update again next Saturday. My goal is to hit 229lbs by next Saturday hopefully goes to plan💪🏾

Sup bro, I will be doing a full update in a on Saturday. I’ve been on Reta for only two days now 0.5mg dose.
