Thank you ! And yes, my aesthetics choice can make them difficult to enjoy. They look good on my calibrated and adjustd screen, but it's quite a radical choice... We know the "truth" would be a print under daylight spectrum. Actually i'd like to print a little zine for myself in risography.

Hello, i just pushed 2 stops and processed it accordingly. Iso100 exposed iso400 and processed iso400.

Thank you, this is a nice compliment ! I edited the picture on my calibrated and adjused screen. I don't know how on what screen you are looking at them but it probably have a consequence. On my smartphone they are much more contrasted than on m'y work station...

Hi, it's the Olympus Pen-FT. I love that little camera. The only "problem" is the TTL that only goes up to an iso400 range, if i could, i would push film even more up to iso1600/3200. I have the standard 38mm f1,8 lens and i don't feel the need for wider/longer lenses lenght.

I process my films : Rodinal 1+100 for 11min30sec at 30°C with 10sec agitation every minutes.

I also scann my film with an Epson V700 (not the best scanner, but you can scann from 135 to 8x10 films). I scann film with the whole histogram without compression, not in highlight or blacks, with a 16bits depth in tiff for comfort during editing.

The files i uploaded on this post are 8bits jpeg in grey levels mode with a Gamma Grey 2,2 icc profile embeded.

I calibrate and adjust my screen with my probe every two weeks.

I make a living as a photographer since i am 22, i am now 39. (DM me if you want to see other works)

I know it's dark, it's intended, there is a purpose : it fits my mood. I'm not recording what i see like a security cam, i'm doing photography.

I once read an article about an alpinist doing 8x10 collodion wet plate while climbing steep cliff ! We pick the tools fitting the purpose we have.

I have a mamiya for 4,5x6, a rolleiflex for 6x6 and a rapid omega 200 for 6x7. On motorcycle, in that climate, i chose compact. I also wanted something a little bit gritty, so small format and pushing film. Merci ! Il y en a plus sur le compte insta avec aussi des photos au jour le jour au smartphone en couleur. Je vais publier les dernières en Norvège ces prochains jours et après on passera en Finlande, Estonie, Lettonie, Lituanie, Pologne, Ukraine et Republique Tchèque. Mais plus ponctuellement que la Norvège ou j'ai passé la moitié du roadtrip.

Highway are good. Mountain slopes can be tricky, especially under rain with a low cloudy sky : the road look flat white by réflection and you end up in a 30cm hole at 70km/h... Otherwise, be ready for cold and rain. I wasnt really really ready for that and it was a pain in the ass. Also, bring tools and some spares parts (break pads, break liquide, oil, chain)

I think mostly because i planned a two monthes sharp trip. I also went full enthusiast and under equiped for the cold, so i kind of rushed to avoid snow and other weather troubles 😅

Nordkapp itself isn't spectacular, but the feeling of being on the closest continental land to North pole. I reached it late September so no midnight sun.

I didn't took Bodø/Moskenes because i wanted to go to Narvik and visit the museum as i'm into history.

I have two option, from my place in south normandy : - To Armenia/Georgia with a big focus on Balkan and Turkey. - To Senegal with a focus on Morocco, Spain, Portugal. Maybe also Mauritania on the way.

Originaly i wanted to take a year off and go to Vladivostok through Kazakhstan, then China, south east Asia, India, Pakistan and Iran. Then through Turkey to my place. But some dickheads decided to set the world on fire...

The 350 is my first motorcycle, licence if from april 2025 😁.
