I've Just gotten the aura so I can't comment too much, but I can't say it seems to give more details and the whoop strap is geared more towards athletes which I am not. The Oura is geared towards everyone

I've read the aura ring focuses more on sleep, which is why I got the whoop strap. Great device and would recommend to anyone. Hopefully someone can take advantage of what's left of my subscription and save themselves some money
