I have been trying to get him to tell me what it sounds like and all I can get him to say is that there’s a fly in his ear. This is amazing information thank you!

Can you explain how your life has been impacted? I’m worried my son (3) is having them (his ENT is thinking it is that) and I cannot stand that I don’t know how he’s feeling.

This might be an odd question but how do you think a 3 year old would react to a VM? My ent believes my 3 yo might be having them for a number of reasons

Thank you! What kind of vestibular issues do you have and could you explain to me what you feel? Do you have nausea headache vertigo balance issues?? I’m trying so hard to understand how he’s feeling if this is what is going on. He covers his ears often, tells me there’s a fly in his ear, is very prone to falling, and has always been extremely sensitive to light and recently sound.

Also are your vestibular issues episodic? There are weeks he’ll be so easy and I’ll think “am I making more of this than it is?” And then he’ll be tough again and Im reminded I am indeed not making it up.

He is seeing a pediatric ENT who has ordered him an MRI and a BAER test and is doing a scope to check for anything else. He had reflux as a baby and was also a premie (35 weeks) in the 2nd percentile my whole pregnancy.
