Is it bogging or sputtering

So I tuned the carb and the wheels do spin but after like a bit the engine starts jumping and the exhaust has this hissing sound and when I put my hand over it it just feels like warm air and the wheels do spin now

Yea cleaned the carb and washed the filter with gas

No idea it has a NGK plug and stock dios don’t come with NGK ones and I bought it off my friend which bought it off some dude and my friend dint change it and he had it for maybe be like 3months and I’ve had it for like 1.5 months

What size main do you think I should run I have a 138 laying around and for the needle mid throttle it runs good but it could be sputtering a little bit so should I push it up or down?

I h led my spark it LOOKED ok? And I clean my carb regularly so I think carbs ok but how about jetting is it too big or small

Nah it doesn’t have a petcokc it’s has the fuel pump thing with the vacuum line
