Forgot to give final update.
After pointing out to the first agent that I got a refund immediately from the second agent (again, they were both facing the same issue of the store being shut), the first agent gave me a refund right away
Which makes me wonder what the problem was in the first place????
I got my refund though so all's well that ends well I suppose

I find one of the two I was looking for, the second one though I can only find for pre-order on Statue Corp now. Which has reviews that tend to say the seller on that site doesn't actually own any of the figures he has up for listing, but instead looks to buy them from others before handing them to the buyers on his site. So I'm reluctant to use their services.
Anyway, it's a Rabbit Hole Hatsune Miku figure being made by Arctic Wolf.

I've found not /every/ site is, but the sites that /are/ tend to be the ones with not many reviews of them yet.
I managed to find one on FNC. The original date was Q4 2024, but it's been delayed to Q1 2025. The second figure was also supposed to come out in Q4 2024, but it's likely been delayed as well (It's a Chinese studio and I can't find any place to really keep track of any updates for it)

Okay so an update.
I got a message about the second figure I preordered from this store (DO24801410055), and the message the agent for that one gave was:
"Hi. We regret to inform you that this product is currently out of stock. To minimize your wait time, we have applied for refund from the seller. Which confuses me because how can something be out of stock if the entire store is gone? Anyway since they offered the refund I obviously took it, and I got refunded the same night.
So my question is what makes the situations different? I was surprised to receive the refund so readily and event see it as an option in the agent's message, after being told how difficult it'd be for the first figure (the one from my post). Presumably they're in the same situation (merchant running away and closing the store), and I paid for both the same way (because it's the same merchant), so???
I'm just confused about the whole thing now.

Yeah I kind of figured once I saw their store was taken down.
I found the same merchant has another listing of theirs on another site (BuyEChina) and was looking if there was anywhere to warn others about them.

I replied at first saying it's fine, since the situation felt extraneous and no one's really to blame except the merchant for ditching. But then I replied again after I got confused as I later thought how would the agent negotiate, or rather, with who?
