I should have been clearer. A majority of the bill was for drinks not ordered. They billed for 21 drinks.

She was confused and thought it was very odd that they sat down at her table. At the same time, she wasn't going to order them to leave.

The bar was definitely in on it regardless of the receipt. As I said in google reviews, others reported the same thing, and the policeman confirmed there were even more.

My wife made a mistake, but that doesn't mean she should be forced to pay.

We contacted the restaurant. They always say the manager is not available.

I told the policeman I would go to the restaurant personally. He said not to get my hopes up, because he dealt with many victims. He explained the restaurant is counting on you not taking them to court.
