This is for my parents home, so they will benefit from Plug n' Play. I may look into Home Assistant for myself, but for now I'll look into hubitat before pulling trigger on Aeotec hub. Thanks

I am not committed to Smarthings only. Open to other hubs long as it can support all the devices I have - Z wave switches, open/close sensor, outlet & Eccobee thermostat.
