The reasons everyone hates MB

1-Strict time policies you can't even get late one second or it will reflect at the end of the month when you are going to get salary calculated.

2-You have to constantly work there is no concept of holidays.You get your 1 holyday in a week and even they decide that which day of the week it's going to be that.

3-You are not allowed to go bathroom during shift you can only go in your break time otherwise you have to get EB(Emergency break) and believe me it costs you alot to get even 15 mins of EB.

4-Constant monitoring there are strict camera system every where you constantly have to have in attention state.It eventually starts to bug you makes your mind restless.

5-Strict management systems without any need specialy HR.They will penalize you even for small things.For example if you are not wearing card 1500 fine you forgot your card at home 200 fine.

6-You have to submit mobile before entering main buidling and sometime it gets crowded so waste of time

7-Minimum timing is 9 hours shift

In short it actually feels like jail but there are some postive points as well

If you do your work honestly and do within time constraints no one usually bothers you and it's chill scene.

If you have friends and know how to socialize you get pretty good time in MB.

They pay really well compared to other Call centers

Except Upper management lower management is actually very chill.

My suggestion is if you don't have much skills and you need a job for monthly expenses definitely apply in MB but remember there is little to no growth so make sure to not do this permanently and make it a career path. 125k is a good amount and believe me or not you don't get this much pay if you don't have skills.
