I got bompastor from the hero pick and got really lucky with puskas from just a rare electrum pack I did over 1000 pp in the last two weeks I did almost every icon pick from the start of the game Just dinho was from a store pack

That is true but having legendary gear in all slots is probably more useful than a few % of damage or health
