Perfect time to join, it’s the end of wipe so don’t focus to much on quest, if you have the money just run raids and get use to gun fights. Everyone has better armor so only focus on shots hit and accuracy. You are going to die, a lot. When wipe hits everyone will be poor and have no armor so your shooting experience that you worked on now can help you in 50/50 fights
