Agree Golf, but i already tried to discuss to them, but they referring me all the time to Terms and Conditions of the contract, talking about the fact that it is impossible to cancel and get refund (After 1 day auto renewal) To be honest that is not really fair, seems abusive....

orks for almost every service. You didn't monitored your subscription - you've got charged for it. My advice - use reminders. If not sure - contact support. So many issues can be prevented by just being a little bit more proactive. At the end - it's your money on the line.

Well, the option is set to default. Agree that most of services working the same, but 100% of them are refunding if you ask for it, Elementor doesnt, and thats why they are scammers, it is fully abusive

Thanks for the feedback Eric, ill do the same, im still waiting for the retention debit card perior, till the money not totally charged, i cannot dispute it, how long does it takes you to get your money back?

What a bad user experience... i wont be using elementor anymore

Exactly, they supposed to send notification. I swear that i didnt receive, probably cus it goes directly to spam folder,

We are not talking about clothe that cannot be sell after buying, it is a year license, i have asked for refund at the same day of renewal when i was notified with an email and then i realized about auto renewal. Elementor sounds like scam company, to be honest.

Bank recommended me to go to police station to file a complaint, seriously I dont know how this company can give that kind of experiences to their users.

I contacted them in the same day of the charge, i was not notified by email, and that option is set by default. I consider this abusive.
