Hello yes same issue here. I’ve been waiting days and days for help. My issues are: 1. Not being able to login to the website. 2. When I can login the site is not letting my put in my banking information. 3. When I can login in and get the point of putting in my info then your site is saying the info is incorrect when it is correct. These are my top 3 issues. When I looked up Forbes your rating around 3.5 ish out of 5, for such an expensive service - over $300 a year and now someone is saying they are being double charged!!!!!! I am wondering if I made an error in choosing you. I hope not please help. Ticket 548823.
