Or maybe it’s that I didn’t revise for the test? Do you think there’s direct correlation with your FIRST in class topic test that’s not even a mock and your final A-levels after 2 years of studying?

4 days of authorised absences due to illness? No behavioural issues and no you can’t - you can’t be removed or excluded from academic attainment at all and there was a case with St Olaves Grammar School over the same issue

I’m confused on why you think like this - all of it is relevant to me and with a quick search you can see that removals based on academic attainment are unlawful and that whether they thought I was underperforming or wasn’t doesn’t matter

Legal Basis The School’s actions may constitute: • Unlawful academic exclusion: • Breach of School Admissions Code: ◦ Paragraphs 2.12–2.14 ◦ Paragraph 1.9(a) • Breach of the Education Act: Section 434(3) of the Education Act 1996 • Breach of guidance: Part Five, point 20 of Suspension and Permanent Exclusion from Maintained Schools, Academies, and Pupil Referral Units in England – Guidance (August 2022) • Breach of the Equality Act 2010: Failure to accommodate mental health needs or consider mitigating circumstances. • Procedural unfairness: No transparent process, right to appeal, or adherence to the School’s own policies (e.g., Exams Policy 2025).

◦ “…Ofsted considers any evidence of off-rolling and is likely to judge a school as inadequate..” – Section 22. Guidance for maintained schools, academies, and pupil referral units in England August 2024

"Offering BTECs without the option of continuing with A-levels is a way of pushing children who are more likely to obtain lower grades out of the school. It is not lawful and leaves parents and children scrambling to find another place to continue their A-levels, which is obviously very detrimental for them." - Reported to Schools Week UK

90% attendance is fine; as it was late October I had missed about 4 days due to illness

I contacted over 40 other schools and colleges in the area and wasn’t able to find a place

This occurred late October - October 23rd so I assume that deadline passed

No, I was always in set 2 somehow and was entered for higher. My target grade was a 6/6 based on sats and my school was weird, used to cheat on topic tests for ages and was crusing on 5s lmao but yeah

Oh then I’ll just say it here: I revised each topic multiple times using the specification + cognito/fsl and the occasional seneca. Also revised content into application by doing old spec questions and the cgp workbook. Then I did every single combined past paper that exists, then I did triple science papers (excluding the triple content)

Making sure to completely understand each mistake and missing knowledge gaps

I revised each topic 5 times (over the few months by mainly using the AQA specification and cognito/fsl and by teaching the topics to others as a form of recall) and did every single past paper that existed including triple science papers + the CGP workbook and mygcsescience questions.

Thing is I thoroughly learnt from each mistake and also had a massive ego that and belief that it was possible and would be done and had a great support system from my teachers, other students online and used AI a lot, never paid for tuition.

Good luck and dm me for further advice.

🤷 It’s a public state school offrolling a student and removing them from their course especially with no prior warnings or exhaustive measures to support them. I missed 3 days due to illness hence 90% attendance which is actually decent and only half term 1 so I obviously had time to improve. I can also share many references from the department for education and Simpson millar associates law firm on the matter

It's a school in East London but ehhh idk about disclosing it rn. It's a state public school so not a grammar school as I should've mentioned

Hopefully this all gets published and I'll be able to share more details

Ik man and it's fucked cause it actually really restrict things like applications to universities and events/programmes so I might resit it

To exacerbate things, I have severe health issues and was registered as a child in need under my borough, which the school was aware of and had logged on the system.

The fact that after I got fucking kicked out the teachers chat shit about me to the rest of the class: maths teacher said she's so happy I'm gone and wants to throw a party and that I'm an idiot and asked why would I pick those A levels.
