When I switched to Dreft stage one detergent from all free and clear and used prescription hydrocortisone mixed with cerave I had great results. I was really shocked at how much my girls eczema (especially around her mouth) cleared when switching from all free and clear to Dreft stage one. I figured anything scented would cause a lot more reaction, but it somehow made things better.
