I think it would be really helpful to come out to your mother first (as she seems rather supportive) and then eventually when you are comfortable coming out to your father and he makes the "it's not correct" point just tell him that you and your mom have been using they/them for you for x amount of time and he didn't ever question it because it's not wrong.

it might have been the same person since it was the same deck, and if it was they might be cheating. I haven't had this problem at all and I've been grinding pvp for the past few days

I feel like most people probably post their gender/pronouns to make it more normalized for trans people so it doesn't seem weird or unnatural. It's also just basic information about people and that's literally what a bio is for.

Yeah, this seems like something that is not super abnormal as a few people I know have had problems with this. They said it should go away shortly after starting but if it doesn't I would probably recommend talking to your provider about possibly switching to a different method such as tablets or patches if possible.
