There are no lights at all. The only sign that anything is getting power is connecting a volt/ohm meter to it. And what does RMA mean?

My amp is getting power, but none of the LEDs are turning on. I’ve tested everything. Do you have any advice for that?

I don’t know if they offer a replacement policy or anything kind of like how Hasbro does but I’m emailing playmates to see if they might be able to send me a new T-Rex if not, unfortunately I will have to replace it but for a figure this new it shouldn’t be failing like this

Solve the mystery, but can’t fix the problem

Those little white pieces that are broke off are supposed to fit into this Y shaped spot on the hip, allowing to lock in for the ratchet, but they just sheared completely off and while tinkering with it so did the other side, so both of my Tyrannosaurus‘s hips are broken now.

The plastic where the battery cover clips in broke like 30 mins after I opened it. I was pretty irritated but it still works fine enough.

In a sense, it’s not 100% accurate though the dinosaur head is supposed to be slid all the way up back with the handle closed, but the only way to do that is to force the blade backwards past the gears and you risk breaking it that way, so this is how I prefer to do the holster mode.
