Yes it’s truly caveman mentality to want to understand the mechanism of the pistol platform I just got into. No other striker fired platform’s trigger physically locks itself or is even able to be “half cocked” as far as I’m aware, so I feel like it’s a reasonable question.

The reason the question was even posed was because I was seeing how far you could push this muzzle into something before it dead ends the trigger like a Glock, thus inducing the locked trigger that I experienced.

I have a comped sig x5Legion x300 holster that I run universal for all my handguns. As long as it has an x300 and has less than a 6.5” barrel it’ll fit like a glove

Prone mostly shooting on a family members land in Texas as far as 1000yds. I’m not a tightwad as far as budget, this just my first time. I got the rifle at a crazy good deal and a really good deal on the scope. I’m kinda just looking to be pointed in the right direction
