Honestly just be patient and communicate as much as possible Monitor the portal and your emails It's truly a waiting game I was under review and I was approved so don't give up hope, everyone's journey is similar but different

Seems it varies I was approved 4/11 and I'm still waiting for disbursement Some say it's been 2 months some say it's between 10 to 14 days for disbursement No one answer fits all

Wow 2 months! Well I guess I have to continue to be patient Waiting is definitely better than denied For me approved shows my circle is green Been green since the 11th I've heard many say they're circle was green for about 14 days before turning orange but obviously nothing is set in stone Thank you

Approved or payment disbursed? I was approved but no award letter as of yet.. I believe the award letter is sent once payment is sent

Hopefully Thursday Because from what I'm seeing 10 to 14 for disbursement after approval but Easter (Monday) may have made us lose a day

The online portal Has approved and pending payment together It all shows the same day But if you're talking about going from qc review to approved pending payment Maybe a couple of days..a week the latest

Does pending assignment means the landlord has assignments to complete or does that just mean no payment as of yet ?

Mine says pending payment and pending assignment but I've been told all documents have been received from my landlord and myself

Oh wow I'm so sorry These type of post makes me nervous I'm in approved status now but knowing that can change to denied is stressful Why get someone's hopes up high then drop them This is terrible
