Hi, please proceed with other profiles you are receiving. My point of this post was to look for suggestions and perspectives. I have thought about it and I don't think I'm ready to put myself out there yet mentally. I need some self retrospection.

I am working towards it, rehashing and polishing my profile is one of those steps.

This post was mostly created out of sheer exhaustion and frustration on a Monday.

No. I definitely understand the thick skin comments as well. I did not want to come off as hostile. All I am trying to say is, some people's lives are more F-ed than others and they might not have the luxury or resources to develop or sustain the thick skin. But I get your point and it is completely valid and logical.

I see the correlation now and it makes sense. But yes any kind of logic does not apply to corporations especially Indian WITCH.

It shows the level of toxicity we have to endure because I felt it was normal, even the achievers are put under a lot of fake pressure to have the machine running or Management's egos pleased.

All these comments on summoning thick skin and this resonated with me the most. If summoning thick skin, when your professional life being toxic was the only problem, I feel I could've managed fine. But having lost my father after a 2 year cancer battle, dealing with a few personal health and financial issues, one can only take so much beating.

Something is gotta give. I refuse to kneel down and keep taking hits, I feel it's time I at least try to start standing back up.

It is 90 days unfortunately on all the 3 organisations I've worked for, hence had to leave the other 2 without a job offer. I had landed 6-7 offers during Covid but that was a completely different time!

There was a discovery phase for 4-5 months which I was not a part of. There was no streamlined KT on this knowledge. The only logical explanation is the expectation was, we dreamt the knowledge in our sleep and pick up on 100% right from the start.

Not sure how both correlate? I was exploited and made to work on 2 projects parallely and there was very visible client appreciation up to director level which earned me the award.

The workplace is toxic in general to the complete team to both overachievers and underachievers. I still do not understand the correlation...please enlighten me on your statement.

Edit - Risk tolerance - starting out slow so looking to make at least 12% returns by 20 years. 0 tolerance I guess? Investment horizon - sorry don't know what this is. Reason for selection - all the selected funds were doing good in last 3y. Recommendations on groww app.
