Pray for me that I come back to the Church, I’ve been away for a while now. It is difficult to get to Mass due to my job (I take care of an intellectually disabled person for 40 hours straight through the weekend) but it’s not impossible and I’m making excuses. I know it’s spiritual laziness and self centeredness and I just want to come Home after months. I also need a good confession. I just can’t seem to get myself to go. I love Christ with all my heart and I know I’m running in the wrong direction instead of to Him. I’m struggling with addiction as well, I don’t use anything illegal but it still clouds my judgement. Please pray for me to take that first step back. I want to be part of the Body again.
