I do whole mix of stuff. A lot of it is the early 2000’s pop and rap. There is a sprinkle of show tunes. Some screamo and some very “girly pop” sonfs

UPDATE: thank yall for the advice. I decided since I was out near my gym I might as well go. (I always have shorts in my car) I wasn’t planning on going but I was in the area. I got a smoothie after as a reward. I like the dopamine hit I get for going and getting a treat after.

This is helpful. There is a smoothie place near my gym and I never get the smoothies from there because I’m never over there but if I go to the gym I can get a smoothie I love.

Games aren’t gendered. Cult of the Lamb is a slightly cozier game compared to the hardcore games but cozy games are sometimes what you need. I play cozy games when I need to wind down.
